3 cups high grade flour
6 teaspoons baking powder
3 teaspoons mustard powder
1/4 teaspoon salt & pepper
1 1/2 cup milk
1 cup tasty cheese
Sift flour, baking powder and salt into a bowl.
Cut butter in until it resembles fine breadcrumbs.
Add the cheese.
Add milk and mix with a knife till just combined.
Place dough mix on a lightly floured surface.
Shape into a rectangle.
Get a small glass and cut out shapes.
Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Brush with milk and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 220 degrees for 10 minutes.
